quality accessibility services and subscription solutions to
businesses. Please review our policies regarding refunds and
cancelations.
1. Refunds
• No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for our services or
subscriptions, except in cases of accidental duplicate
purchases.
• Duplicate Purchase Refunds: If you accidentaly purchase a
service or subscription more than once, please contact us at
support@openvsolutions.com within 48 hours of the purchase.
• Proof Required: Requests must include proof of purchase,
such as a receipt or order confirmation.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds wil be issued to the
original payment method. Processing time depends on your
bank, and a 20% processing fee may apply.
2. Cancelations
• Cancelation Window: You may cancel your subscription or
service at any time before it has started.• How to Cancel: Al cancelation requests must be submitted via
email to support@openvsolutions.com.
• No Refund After Start: Once a service has begun,
cancelations are not eligible for a refund.
3. General Conditions
• We may require documentation, such as your order receipt, to
process refunds or cancelations.
• Certain services may be non-refundable if they have already
commenced or are customized for your business.
• By using our services, you acknowledge that final decisions
regarding refund eligibility are at the discretion of OpenView
Solutions LLC, within the limits of applicable Kansas and U.S.
law.
