Client Termination Policy

Our business reserves the right to ban clients for behaviors
including harassment, fraud, non-payment, or repeated violations of our rules.
Typicaly, clients will receive a warning before a ban is
enforced. Banned clients will be prohibited from using any of our
services for a period of two years. Notifications of bans will be
sent via email, and clients may appeal or request reinstatement
through the same channel. Enforcement decisions are made solely by the Director of Administration.
