OpenView Solutions Accessibility Statement and Resolution Procedure

For general web, course, or log-in issues not related to accessibility needs caused by a user’s disability, please contact OpenView Solutions Support at

openvsolutions@gmail.com.

This procedure is designed specifically for reporting and addressing a user’s difficulties accessing the OpenView Solutions website that result from the user’s disability.

OpenView Solutions is committed to providing accessibility services for businesses to ensure their website is accessible to all clients and visitors—regardless of disability. We comply with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

OpenView Solutions also strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which set the international standard for web accessibility. These guidelines ensure that all users can perceive, operate, understand, and interact with our websites, services, and resources.

While accessibility concerns may be raised by any member of the public, priority will be given to issues encountered by clients, visitors, and anyone seeking to purchase and utilize services and resources provided by OpenView Solutions.

Our Accessibility Commitment

To meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, OpenView Solutions ensures that:

  • All images, logos, and non-text elements include alternative text or descriptions.

  • Videos and audio content are captioned or transcribed.

  • Text and background colors meet minimum contrast ratios.

  • The platform is fully navigable by keyboard and screen readers.

  • Clear headings, labels, and instructions guide users through content.

  • Forms are accessible, with properly associated labels and descriptive error messages.

  • Content remains usable when text is resized or displayed on mobile devices.

  • Assistive technology compatibility is tested regularly.

Resolution Procedure

Step 1: Submit the Accessibility Request Form
If you experience an accessibility issue on the OpenView Solutions website, please complete the Accessibility Request Form at the bottom of this page. The form will be submitted directly to the NextPitch Accessibility Manager.

Step 2: Acknowledgment of Receipt
The Accessibility Manager will acknowledge receipt of the request and may request additional details to clarify the issue.

Step 3: Investigation
An investigation will be initiated to determine the nature and scope of the problem. Testing may include screen readers, magnifiers, or other assistive technologies.

Step 4: Remediation Plan
A written remediation plan will be developed, possibly in consultation with third-party accessibility experts. If remediation cannot be completed immediately, an alternative accessible solution (such as an electronic text file, audio description, or alternative delivery format) will be provided.

Step 5: Communication of Solution
The Accessibility Manager will provide the user with a proposed solution, next steps, and a timeline for full implementation.

Step 6: Monitoring and Updates

The Accessibility Manager will oversee remediation, update the user on progress, and communicate revised timelines if necessary.

Ongoing Accessibility Monitoring

NextPitch conducts regular accessibility audits using tools such as WAVE, axe, and Lighthouse, as well as manual testing with assistive technologies like NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. We continuously train our development and instructional design teams on accessibility best practices and invite feedback from users to guide improvements.
